UPOU Online Application System (OAS)

 

 


NOTE:

  • Before proceeding with the process, kindly read the admission requirements and qualifications of the program that you are applying for.
  • UPOU Online Application System (OAS) allows you to upload a copy of some application requirements, submission of the original copy of your credentials (e.g. Transcript of Records, Recommendation Letters, etc.) is still required.

 

CREATING LOG-IN ACCOUNT

STEP 1:          Go to http://our.upou.edu.ph/oas/  

                       alternate site  http://ovcaa.upou.edu.ph/our/oas/

STEP 2:          Create a new account (instructions are provided on the site).

STEP 3:          Check your email inbox for the confirmation of your new account.

    Check also your spam box in case the confirmatory email lands there by mistake.

NOTE:        

If you do not receive any confirmatory email within 24 hours, you may email  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  for assistance.

Wait for 24 hours for the response to your email before sending a follow-up.

Remember to always check your spam box in case legitimate email gets routed there by your email server. 

 

FILLING OUT ONLINE APPLICATION

STEP 4:          Upon receipt of the confirmation by email, log in to http://our.upou.edu.ph/oas/ using your username and password and the activation code.

STEP 5:          Fill out the required fields in the online application, and submit.

STEP 6:          Monitor the progress of your application using the OAS.

Your application will only be reviewed and evaluated by the Program Admission Committee upon receipt of the OFFICIAL ORGINAL COPY of these documents.
